House Sparrow Questionnaire

This questionnaire about house sparrows is part of a PhD study taking place in Bristol. Please take a minute to fill in the form, even if you have not seen any house sparrows in your area.

The questionnaire aims to record characteristics of houses and gardens in the Bristol area. I hope to compare the results obtained from this questionnaire with data on house sparrow numbers throughout Bristol, in order to identify factors that may be contributing to their decline in urban areas.
