Did any one see us on TV last night?
I'm told that we were on in the regional part at the end of the Nature in Britain programme on BBC1. |

Me! I saw me! Much of the rest passed in a blur after that.  They have a 10 minute local slot at the end of the programme, the first 5 minutes were about Swindon then the last 5 minutes was about 3 or 4 projects in Bristol and Bath, of which we were one. I'd say we got about a minute and a half. |

..and that 90 seconds meant I received a phonecall from a grandmother asking if we could make use of her two 13-year old grandsons. Fingers crossed but we may be seeing a very young sounding grandmother and her grandsons at the next work party. Just in case you don't know the next work party will be on Saturday 3rd November, 10am-noon. Meet on the corner of Greendown and Troopers Hill Rd. Wear bramble tolerant warm old clothes with long sleeves and sensible footwear for rough sloping ground. Tools and gloves will be provided. Hot drinks, biscuits and socialising will be offered at the end. All the best, Susan |

Yes!! We saw it - much to our utter amazement. Both dozing in front of dear old Alan and both shot up and shouted. Thought Liz looked very good and very professional! Hill looked very visitable so think we may get more people there because of tis slot. |
